FRENCH CUISINE WAS DESIGNED TO DEAL WITH ROTTEN INGREDIENTS

The reason French food has so many sauces is that it was created to deal with rotten food. If you put a lot of sauce onto bad food, you can't taste what you're eating. What the world knows as French traditional food was all created to deal with poverty, scarcity and starvation. French food was designed to cover up bad ingredients, rotten ingredients.

For instance, Boeuf Bourguignon was created to deal with old cow meat that was otherwise inedible. Bœuf bourguignon also called beef Burgundy, is a beef stew braised in red wine and beef broth, generally flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic. Despite being considered a traditional French Recipe, it didn't exist until the 19th Century in France.



In the 1800s in France they were starving a lot and had horrible instability. Napoleon destroyed France and left their economy in ruins. For the entire 19th Century, France was plagued by revolutions. The Monarchy came back twice, Napoleon's nephew

While England had the industrial revolution and entered the modern world, France was yo-yoing between Illuminati controlled emperors like Napoleon, and democratic revolutions that would get rid of the monarchy and empire builders. Meanwhile, the French economy was destroyed for 100 years.

During that time much of France's "traditional" food was defined like Beef Bourguigon which was a tasty way to eat old cows who were never raised for slaughter. French food is the product of scarcity and economic collapse, not the creation of some Napoleonic empire. The French like to delude themselves a lot. As a people, they are given to boughts of insanity and delusions of grandeur like Napoleon.
