Many people associate the story of the Great Flood with the Bible. However, the story of Noah's ark is not just
a Biblical story. Noah was known under a different name in India, among ancient Egyptians and Native
Americans, just to mention a few cultures. "The Epic of Gilgamesh" is another religious text that documents
a period of great floods. And then of course, Plato said Atlantis disappeared in great flood.
The story of the
great flood is a universal myth that shows up everywhere. The reason is because it was true. God created the
Great Flood to destroy the civilizations of Earth at the time because they had fallen into such a sinful condition.
God decided to wipe Earth of most of humanity and start over again.
There have been a number of whale graveyards found in the world - there is one in Egypt, one in Chile, one in Peru. These graveyards
are odd because they aren't near the water. The reason these Whale Graveyards exist is because during Noah's great flood, the whales
and other marine life were thrown onto the land and then died.
More than 75 whale fossils turn up in the middle of Chile's Atacama Desert — one of the world's driest? The Sahara, the largest
desert in the World has a similar Whale graveyard in Egypt.
